The Canyon Club of Agoura, one of Southern California's premier intimate music venues, rocked on a Saturday night as Marshall Waller, frontman of the rock band "Gasp!" performed for a crowd which included entertainment industry notables. Other band members are, Nick Constantinides, lead guitar, Brad Ross, keyboards and vocals, Lance Caress on bass guitar and David Stephen-Lane on drums, along with guest guitarist, John Mizenko.
On the scene to enjoy the show were Tommy Nast, Executive Vice President of Center Staging Musical Productions Inc., Phil Knowles, President of Peace Arch Home Entertainment, Marshall Forster, Senior Executive Vice President North America, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and music industry promoter Kenny Ryback. On the following Monday, Waller was seen by millions of television viewers of the Dr. Phil show where he appeared in his day job position as a family law attorney. He was recognized by Dr. Phil as being "the best of the best". Waller, in addition to "letting off steam" as a guitarist and lead vocalist of a rock band, is a Certified Family Law Specialist, so certified by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California.
He has also authored one of the most popular textbooks in the State of California on the subject of California Family Law. Waller is a managing partner of the Family Law firm, Feinberg & Waller, a professional corporation, with offices in Beverly Hills and Calabasas, California.
